It is a desktop pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilizer designed for use in dental clinics to sterilize dental instruments and materials. It utilizes microprocessor intelligent control for easy operation and safety, and multiple pulsating vacuum for thorough sterilization. The sterilizer is capable of sterilizing unpackaged instruments, packaged instruments, hollow fabrics, and rubber products.
The autoclave liner structure is 304 stainless steel.
The pre-set programs for packed, fabric, metal instruments, etc., are already built-in.

Customizition setting programs on the dental autoclave machine sterilization is straighforward:
The four buttons beneath the LCD screen—Enter, +, -, and Return (from left to right)—control the dental autoclave’s programming.
- Turn on the switch.
- Wait 2 minutes for programs to load.
- On the main screen, see “Model” and “Setting” options.
- Press “+” or “-” to switch between “Model” and “Setting.”
- Switch to “Setting,” hold “Enter” for 3-5 seconds.
- Select mode: metal, packed, fabric, etc., using “+” or “-.”
- Set temperature and sterilization time with “+” or “-.”
- Adjust drying time (5-10 minutes) using “+” or “-.”
- Check settings: temperature, times, drying times.
- Press “Enter” for 3-5 seconds to confirm.
- Use “Return” to go back to the main screen.
- Choose your set mode.
- Verify all parameters, press “Enter” to run the program.
